Eco Council

Our Student's Eco-Action representatives have been working really hard to make sure our school and local community is as environmentally and as eco-friendly as possible.

Having achieved the Green Flag award in July 2015 we are thrilled that we maintained the high standards and were re-awarded this honour in 2018.

This year we are continuing to monitor the use of energy in school, as we would like to keep our current position of the most energy saving primary school in St Helens LA.

We are also encouraging everyone to recycle, and to look after the school grounds by putting their litter in the bins.

Steph from the Merseyside Forest helped us plant over 200 saplings on our school field in November.

Our classes have just voted for their Eco Council members. We will be meeting every few weeks to plan our projects for the year. Our first meeting is on Wednesday 25th September - watch this space!
