Miss Mee
Welcome to Year 1!
We are a class of 30 - 5 to 6 year olds.
Our Teacher is Miss Mee and our Teaching Assistants are Chelsea Walker and Rasheda Khanom.
We participate in PE sessions on a Tuesday and a Friday. We must wear our school PE kit on those days (a white t-shirt, red shorts/black joggers/leggings, our school jumper/cardigan and black pumps/trainers).
Reading books will be sent home on a Friday and should be returned the following Thursday. Please ensure book bags come back to school!
Children will be sent home with a shared reader book matched to their phonics ability and a reading book for pleasure to enjoy at home.
Throughout the year we will be learning lots of new things such as... 'What materials would an alien need to build a spaceship?', 'How can we look after each other and the world?' and how to make a moving story book.
We will add pictures throughout the year so you can see what we have been learning about!
